Even from the very first generation in 1963, Tauerna Urtau decided that quality at all levels should be the main objective of the small village tavern. With this in mind they started offering the typical tapas: callos (typical veal tripe and cheeks casserole), snails, fried calamari, pork feet...
In time, they added other pinchos to complete their menu. However, what started as just another element in their gastronomic business has ended up being the main attraction, as they offer nowadays more than 70 different pinchos and a wide variety of plates to share.
