Aigua de nodes: It's a digestive liquor made from soft almonds and other plants. It can be drunk after lunch, always cold, or used for cooking and baking.

Vin Caud: As it's been already mentioned, there is no just one recipe because each family gives it a special touch. The basic ingredients are red wine, sugar, cinnamon, lemon skin and species.

Cassis: It is a traditionally digestive liquor made from redcurrants, normally drunk cold after lunch. It is also possible to drink it as aperitif mixed with a good brut.
