Crespèths, also known as pasteres or pescajüs, these are the original French crêpes. They are normally served with sugar, homemade jam, honey...
Aranese Cream, similar to crème brûlée or Catalan cream, although in this case vanilla is added instead of cinnamon and citrus.
Crustada, a traditional cake, puffed pastry style, filled with fresh liquor-soaked fruits.
