Aranese cuisine, traditional crespéths



3 l of milk
1 kg of flour
1 spoon full of salt
12 eggs
250ml of rum, aniseed or cognac

We mix in a bowl the eggs, flour and salt. We add the milk bit by bit until we get a light cream. We butter a frying pan and when it's hot we pour a small amount with a ladle. Lower the heat and we cook it until golden then we turn it over and cook it until golden. Once it's ready we sprinkle some sugar on each of them.
